When I got into an accident in August, the agency took great care of me by helping me get my car in a shop and taking care of any necessary details for the claim. However, when my car began to take longer is when it became an issue. Not only that but a week before my car was supposed to be done I get a call from the shop telling me I’m missing a pretty important piece of my vehicle that I KNOW was there before the accident! I called up my agent and told them everything that happened and Jose Chavez and Patrick Conaway did an amazing job. During a very stressful time after buying a house amongst other things going on in my life, they made sure that at the end of the day I was taken care of!
